Six Sentence Sunday - Forty-six

Magic, Mischief, and Mayhem released on Friday!  In this scene, Eryck has his doubts about Kharisma but can't resist her pull.

She wasn’t human, so technically, she wasn’t capable of being a true mate.  And after his last dream, he didn’t trust her, even though a little voice screamed that there had to be a reason for the vision.
Weeks of dreaming of being in her arms, hot searing kisses shared between them and the need each night to close his eyes and rush to be with her warred with the new revelations he’d learned tonight.  His arms ached to pull her close, to taste her full lips, to push his fingers into her curls and drag her head back, baring her neck to him.  His teeth had elongated the moment he’d stepped into her shop.  The need to claim her roared in his veins.

Tomorrow!! Magic, Mischief, and Magic Releases!

Eryck and Erulf finally get their story told tomorrow...and a chapter closes in my writing career.  This series has been my most popular to date and I've enjoyed the Norse history and shifter tales to no end.

To celebrate the release, I will give away one copy of my finale to one lucky commenter who leaves their email address below as well as follows my blog.  Already a  follower, you're good--just leave me a comment!

Those Dragons really have me thinking about a new series.  Hmmmm......thoughts?

Six Sentence Sunday - Forty-five

Magic, Mischief, and Mayhem releases on Friday and I'm incredibly excited to see the series close.  The final trio is much different than the other pairings.

In this scene, Kharisma meets her two Berserkers and feels the weight of their attention.

Reaching overhead, she turned on the bare bulb, the light flooding the small space.  Shadows bounced along the wall as the bulb danced above her, casting her shadow around.  Her fingers skimmed the titles along one shelf until she found the one she wanted, and she pulled the ancient text from its lonely spot, blowing some of the dust from the top as she turned to face the two men she’d like nothing more than to ignore.
They were impossible to ignore.
Two sets of bright amber gazes followed her every move and she couldn't bring herself to look either of them directly in the eye.  Fire lit them, and she would be burned if she looked too closely.
